  2. Use regular scissors to cut that tube. Open and remove its color-soaked felt.
  3. Moisten that felt with few drops of water. Use a dropper if needed.
  4. Gently rub the felt on the section of your hair that you wish to color.
  5. It will take few minutes to dry.
